Room with a view but challenges

Waking up to the sun streaming through the window, I relished the tranquil morning with a beautiful beach view while sipping my coffee. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights.

The lack of cleanliness upon arrival certainly left a lot to be desired!!! A leaky sink, a faulty hairdryer, and only one key for couples were annoying!!! Improve communication regarding key policies!!!

The washer and dryer in the apartment were very convenient.

My stay was marred by numerous issues. Additionally, I faced a major inconvenience regarding keys. despite being a couple, we were only given one key, which was completely ridiculous given the apartment's policy. To top it off, needed minor repairs like a leaky sink and a faulty hairdryer were ignored, making the experience rather frustrating.

I had a delightful stay at Playa Cartagena Apartments. The breathtaking beach view from my apartment was exceptional, especially at night with the shimmering lights from the Walled City. The apartment was clean, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay.

The beach access was fab! I loved chillin' in the hammock while gazing at the ocean. The in-room breakfast was super convenient, too. Overall, amazing stay for sure.

However, I hardly used the kitchenette, and for anyone planning to cook, it's unclear if the stove is functional.
